Hmmm...I like the way that is worded. I usually mentally register that ending as "Shall we..." or "Would you like to..." but that doesn't always fit the meaning. That wording you have listed is much less specific and thus fits better.
On that note: What do you think of the 가나다 series?

As far as learning the grammar, the Ganada books present very thorough explanations and various examples. But
when you get up to the intermediate and advanced levels of the ganada series, it can become tedious to work
through the chapters, especially since the listen and repeat drills use high level vocabulary. If the vocabulary is too
overwhelming, my recommendation would be to take a 6 month break from the grammar and focus on the reading
and vocabulary.

I've been quite busy over the past two weeks, with the GRE Exam followed by several job interviews. Because
those things were early in the morning, I was too tired to put much work into the grammar book. Sometime
next week, I will be finished taking grammar notes from the Intermediate 2 book and expect to start the Ganada
Advanced 1 book later this month.
Nonetheless, I got finished with the final chapter of Book 1.

Several weeks ago, I got started on Book 2 of With the Century.
Yesterday, I got finished re-reading Chapter 1 from that book. I also am up to Chapter 14 of the Ganada
Advancecd 1 book. Later on, I'll post a short list of vocabulary and grammar notes from the past couple weeks.
