TAC 2009 Day 127
I finished Keroro 10. Here are the results:
Keroro 01: 819 (4.55 / page)
Keroro 04: 614 (3.41 / page)
Keroro 05: 536 (2.98 / page)
Keroro 06: 379 (2.11 / page)
Keroro 09: 276 (1.53 / page)
Keroro 10: 215 (1.19 / page)
I'm still learning a lot each time. I'll probably run out of Keroro volumes in a week or two, but I have some other books ready for when I finish.

I did four pages of vocabulary out of Keroro 11. I tightened up on what goes for an unknown word, so this time I will have more than before. Still, it means I will learn more from each volume.

TAC 2009 Day 129
In the afternoon I did two more pages of vocabulary out of Keroro 11. This is starting to get a little stale, so I may need to shake up my method after this volume.

TAC 2009 Day 130
I finished Keroro 11. Here are the results:
Keroro 01: 819 (4.55 / page)
Keroro 04: 614 (3.41 / page)
Keroro 05: 536 (2.98 / page)
Keroro 06: 379 (2.11 / page)
Keroro 09: 276 (1.53 / page)
Keroro 10: 215 (1.19 / page)
Keroro 11: 260 (1.44 / page)
I had a few more unknown words than last time, but I made my criteria a bit more open for noting words.
Plowing through Keroro has gotten a little stale, and I think the solution is to vary my material a bit. I read through and mined several news articles from Naver right after waking up this morning, and may also work through some other books instead of doing just Keroro every day.

Last night and part of this morning I began reading the Korean version of The Game, which I have not read in English before. There are plenty of words I don't know, but its still amazing that I can understand the contents of an adult level book in Korean reading at a decent pace. I finished reading the prologue today. I may go back later and word-mine this like I did with Keroro, but it's kind of nice to do free reading for now.
My next book is the autobiography of 임요환, Korea's most famous pro-gamer!

I did one page of vocabulary out of Keroro 13, read up to page 40 /591 in The Game, and did some review of about 50 of the Hanja that I have trouble remembering.

TAC 2009 Day 133
Last night I had a dream in Korean. I have had dreams in "Korean" before, where people were talking and I couldn't understand them, but this one I was actually speaking to someone in Korean. I don't remember much of the conversation, but I definitely remember saying "실례합니다". Next time I'll have to write the dream down as soon as I wake up, but today I think I just hit snooze on my alarm instead!
