TAC 2009 Day 133
I was wondering what kind of overlap there was between my RTK study and the Hanja I'm working on now, so I checked out the 'Kanji Statistics' for my deck. These are from adding pretty much every character I've come across in the past month in a half. I have to say, the number of unique characters is lower than I thought it would be! Kanji statistics The 1243 seen cards in this deck contain: 1347 total unique kanji. Jouyou: 982 of 1945 (50.5%). Jinmeiyou: 24 of 287 (8.4%). 341 non-jouyou kanji. Jouyou levels: Grade 1: 59 of 80 (73.8%). Grade 2: 109 of 160 (68.1%). Grade 3: 137 of 200 (68.5%). Grade 4: 131 of 200 (65.5%). Grade 5: 127 of 185 (68.6%). Grade 6: 107 of 181 (59.1%). JuniorHS: 312 of 939 (33.2%). Below are the lists of characters in my deck organized by the Japanese list. I finished Keroro 13. Here are the results: Keroro 01: 819 (4.55 / page) Keroro 04: 614 (3.41 / page) Keroro 05: 536 (2.98 / page) Keroro 06: 379 (2.11 / page) Keroro 09: 276 (1.53 / page) Keroro 10: 215 (1.19 / page) Keroro 11: 260 (1.44 / page) Keroro 13: 219 (1.22 / page) I've got four more volumes of Keroro left.
