Just curious: How well are you remembering these characters, and what study/ review methods are you using to be able to learn 50-100 characters a day?
thanks!

I'm following the Heisig method for learning the characters. If you aren't familiar with it, just check any thread on Japanese, and it should be referenced.
As for the specifics, when learning new characters I look at the components and form an appropriate story in my mind. Then I write the character while imagining the story. I do this for about 10-15 characters in a row, then go back and try to write them from memory using only the keyword. Once I have gone through a full lesson from the book, I enter the characters in my SRS and review them once. The entries don't make any reference to the story; the question is the keyword and the answer is the character.
I estimate that I remember about 80% of the characters the next day, and 95% after one review.
