Does anyone know what has happened to Ardaschir these days? I really miss reading his massive posts. Perhaps the adminsitrator can convince him to make an appearance once a month - it would be a shame to lose such a person from a site like this.

What do other members think?

I agree! Anybody else who wishes Ardaschir to come back to the forum please contribute to this thread and I'll contact him and let him know that we all miss him.

I haven't posted for a while, but I think this is a thread to which I must reply. He is one of the few forum members the posts of which I have always found interesting, every one of them. I hope he comes back even if it's only now and then.

I know we shouldn't talk about him like he's dead or something, but I too miss reading his long, interesting and above all extremely helpful postings!

It would indeed be a great shame to lose such a person especially as it seems that this forum is tailor-made for someone with his linguistic talents.

I've saved off all of Ardaschir's posts and they are
very interesting, insightful and helpful. It would be
great if he was able to drop by now and then.

I'd also really enjoy hearing from Ardaschir again. His posts describing his preferred learning methodology, specifically the way he fully internalizes a series of dialogues by shadowing, had a huge impact on the way that I now approach language learning. I also found his personal story to be incredibly inspiring and have read through that lengthy post probably a dozen times or more. Hopefully he'll be able to find some time to make the occasional post, though I understand that his personal and professional duties must come first.

Me too! I really hope Ardaschir can come back and tell us new things that we didn't know about. It has made numerous contributions to this forum and I do hope to see him post something once in a while. His unique experiences and broad knowledge helps us learn so much.
