Just an update. I have stopped claiming that I was fluent in all
my languages, however now I am only fluent in 8 languages and
have reached basic fluency in Czech. The 8 languages I am

Thai

Sorry, not Thai. I really enjoyed and was impressed by your 17 language video though. Good luck, and keep up the
great work.

I read your PM and since it's not very personal, I'm re-posting
it here in full.

The thing is is that I have chatted with
dozens of natives through LiveMocha and Skype that are
natives of all 8 of those languages. Also fluent does not mean
perfect. I hope you get that. I have actually matured for your
information because I have actually chatted with natives, many
times. Also I don't just converse on a basic level. I am also not
saying that I am so fluent that I am perfect, no. I AM fluent in
those 8 languages, and having a tiny bit of things to work on in
some of those languages does not interfere with my fluency
(for example, Arabic, I need to work on my pronounciation a
little bit). My conversations are not limited to basic for your
information. Do you know how to speak all those 8 languages?
You may know a bit of Arabic, but I obviously know more than
you do. So stop judging for something you do not know. Lastly,
I am not pushing my definition of fluency to anybody and
hardly get any harsh criticism. I AM fluent in all those 8
languages I have listed and that's all and final.

Many years ago, I was channel surfing and ended up watching
an episode of American Idol and saw a girl who sang horribly
off-key and was of course turned down, but kept saying to the
jurors "But all my friends are always telling me that I have a
great voice."
In a way, you're like that girl. You're so convinced that you
have superior language skills that you don't accept any
criticism at all, which is a pity, because you definitely have a
gift for languages.
As for your PM, I could easily refute most of your statements,
but in your case it would probably be rather
pointless. |

Okay listen you are starting to become a hater. That girl was
dumb enough to say what she said I agree with you on that.
Now I have spoken Russian to MANY natives. That's just an
example. Stop thinking that you are better than me because I
am autistic. In fact I have spoken all 8 languages for a long
time so stop judging and start acting smart. You need to stop
saying stuff you do not know about. I know these 8 languages.
Friends are different than actually natives from LANGUAGE
learning sites, in which I have done for a LONG TIME. So just
to clarify I actually know those languages fluently in a
advanced level so you can make up things all you want but it
only shows that you are being a jealous hater. Thank you for
your cooperation.

Thanks. I am fluent in Thai but it didn't seem like it on that
Thai video I made and I am sorry about that. Once you talk
with me on Skype you'll know that I am better in Thai than what
you saw. Thanks.

Wow leosmith was one of the only ones in this thread so far that was giving me recognition. Doitsujin, all I
can also say is that you seem like you cannot stand autistic people and their talents. How about opening
your mind and checking out people like Daniel Tammet and Kim Peek, but then again you'll probably
compare that girl to two of them which I hope you don't do. You need to learn to not judge me or anybody
else for things you do not know about. leosmith actually knows Thai like I do but he and I both feel that my
Thai didn't sound fluent in a Thai video I made but then I told him once he starts talking with me on Skype
and not just have a basic conversation, he'll know that I am very good in Thai.

Cesare,
I recommend that you open a personal language log to discuss your studies.
I'm closing this thread.
