How many exchange partners do you have? Just the one? |

When I first started learning Spanish, I was "between contracts" (aka unemployed). At one point I had four
language partners, and spoke to someone in Spanish and English/French every weekday morning for almost two
months. I only met with language partners at set times - I can't do the whole "if we both happen to be online"
thing. Anyway, I started working a lot, and my schedule no longer meshed with my partners (since evening here
is middle of the night in Spain), so all of my exchanges fizzled out due to lack of time.
Now, I mostly talk to Skype tutors, since I currently have more money than time. (Well, I don't actually have any
money. But I do have italki credits that I earned from teaching, and that I use for tutoring sessions.)
In the summer, when my schedule opens up a bit, I hope to do more language exchanges - if I can find people
who don't mind the fact that I can only commit for a few months.
