Did a search and did not see a thread on this topic. I've tried listening to German , Romanian ,Italian and Russian rap but frankly I find the French is the absolute best language for rap in terms of flow. It's even better now that I can understand the message when I read it and even after a few times listening I can catch some words.

All Songs have English Subtitles

Keny Arkana- La Rage

Kery James-Banlieusard(I really like this guy as he raps in non-slang french)

IAM- Petit Frere

And my favourite Rap Song even though I have no Idea what's about

IAM- Demain C'est Loin

Haha now this is my kind of thread.

Yeah French stuff has an insane flow. Although I don't own much (or listen to it extensively) I'm always impressed by French rap. It does make me want to learn French, but I also don't mind listening to it with no comprehension.

DJ Nu-mark (of Jurassic 5) has a cd called Hands On which has a few tracks from around the world. A few from the album:
German - schlechta umgang - crew song
Japanese - Dj Nu-Mark - Hands On Feat. Key Kool
French - Shurik'n - Samourai

But it probably goes without saying my favourite non-english is Danish. I have about 8 gig of it and it's hard to pick just a couple of tracks to represent the awesomness and diversity of Danish rap. (and ones that aren't too offensive for a language forum) However there is this track, which is one of the 1st danish tracks I ever listened to and had me hooked. Bit of a posse track, have a look :)
danskrap.dk - så ka' I lære det

This one I really like to. Jeppe Rapp - Nymfo

An finally to break away from Danish slightly, heres a nice Norweigian track
Dirty Oppland - Brekk Det Ned

Peace, happy listening, and let me know what you think.

I agree with oz-hestekræfte, French rap does have a wonderful "insane flow". My first experience of hearing rap and hip-hop outside of the usual modern OG and earlier Def Jam classics, and later the more progressive UK garage and grime scenes, was MC Solar and hits like "Caroline". It'd be good to hear of any other good French rap artists in the same ball park?

Now I'm living in Germany, and learning Russian this year too. So I'd definitely recommend rap artists on the German Aggro Berlin label, like Sido and Kitty Kat, and Turkish rappers like Eko Fresh as well as more mainstream stuff from Peter Fox and K.I.Z.

There are also plenty of wicked Russian hits on the Blackstar label, and it's certainly worth checking out Byanka, Seryoga and Timati.

Incidentally, I posted this link a little while back, which has a fun run-through of rap music in 30 different languages...enjoy (apologies if you've already seen it) :)

Don't forget ЮГ.

Последнее Слово
Ода уходящего года
Я остаюсь таким же
Так, как есть
Еще один день
Холоднокровные
Между Двух Океанов
...

When it comes to Каста, I kept only a pair of songs out of their whole discography.
Мы берем это на улицах
Ревность

Карандаш. Not much here.
Переходы
П**датый бит
Сериал
...

Смоки Мо: Кара-тэ

I can't stand pretty much anything else I've listened to: Многоточие, Рабы Лампы, G-Style_M.A.F.I.A....

Nice to see some rap-fans here, I listened to some of the tracks suggested here. Most of the songs were good but not worth a download, I really liked ЮГ though and it definatly warrants a place in my music collection.

oz-hestekræfte- Sorry but I'm really not feeling the danish rap, the songs you posted seem too "computerized", I'm simple in that I like a non-intrusive beat that doesnt take away from the vocals.
Shurik'n is one of my favourite french rappers and is one of the members of IAM, in my opinion the best french rap group of all-time.

Sprachprofi- Sorry can't help you there, I have no knowledge of african languages outside of yoruba which yielded no youtube results.

Here is a band that sings rap in Chiac, a New-Brunswick Acadian mix of French and English:
