I'm not quite sure about the hours, since I wasn't really keeping great track of it. From January to May it was probably around 1.5-2 hours per day, from June to the middle of August (minus the first two weeks of July when I was in Tanzania) it was probably at least four hours per day, and from the middle of August to the present, probably about an hour or two per day.
