Since "IJzeren Jan", keeps repeating all kinds of lies and falsifications about Slovio and Slovianski, I feel compelled to rectify a few things.
http://www.slovio.com/slovianski.html http://www.slovianski.eu Recently the user JVS (Jan van Steenbergen alias Ijzeren Jan and about thousand other aliases) has been fighting tooth and nail to PREVENT reinstating Slovio to its proper place and wikipedia - with the usual barrage of lies. That is his "live and let live" policy. Under one of his many other aliases he was behind the removal of Slovio in the first place. Slovianski was created on SLOVIO websites, from SLOVIO, with the support of Mr Mark Hucko, and with the help and guidance of Mr Mark Hucko. JVS, whose greatest contribution to linguistics is the mass-production of totally fictitious, incomprehensible and irrelevant "languages" got on the SLOVIANSKI-BANDWAGON around 2008 or 2009, and quickly claimed it to be his own "invention" even though he had never ever had anything in common with its creation nor early development. In or around 2008-2009 he added the Slovianski name to his collection of mass-produced "languages". Ever since that time he has been spreading lies about Slovio and erasing all links to Slovio in wikipedia ("live and let live") and other places and pretending that he had invented and created not only Slovianski but even the idea of interslavic communication and inter-slavic conlang. Instead of helping the inter-slavic communication HIS VERSION of Slovianski (which is in fact a Slovio-dialect) has become a huge monstrosity with grammar more complicated than that of most natural slavic languages - thus defeating the purpose of interslavic language: SIMPLICITY. His version of Slovianski is not the only one, in fact is not the original, the original versions have been created about 3 years before JVS got on the Sovianski-bandwagon and claimed it as his own. First of all, Hucko, why are you writing about yourself in the third person? And secondly, for what strange reason do you now consider yourself the author of Slovianski? You have been agitating against it from the very beginning. First by calling it a monstrosity that is too difficult to learn. Later, when Slovianski had gotten more media attention in a month than Slovio in ten years, you initiated a true hate campaign against Slovianski and the people working on it. And now, all of a sudden, you claim authorship over it, using the weirdest sorts of fabrications about the way it came about. You even went as far as to plagiarise the layout of my own Slovianski page and to fill it with false information, including some kind of weird Slovianski/Slovio hybrid that has never been part of the Slovianski canon at all. Not even to mention the utter nonsense you're writing about me (nor is it clear to me why you are publishing my private address).
I resent such false accusations. You know very well that it has actually been me who voted "keep", who actually produced a few sources, and later even attempted to have it undeleted - strange things to do for somebody who has been fighting tooth and nail to have Slovio removed! As usual, lies and conspiration theories, without the slightest trace of evidence. If you want to accuse me of something, fine, then prove it. At least I can (and do) prove anything I write, while you just keep throwing around slogans and rhetorics without ever producing a single piece of evidence.
Nonsense. Slovianski has had its own forum from the very start, and that's where it has been developed (http://web.archive.org/web/20060 621131543/www.slovianski.co m/forum/index.php). That Slovianski has sometimes been discussed at the Slovio forum does by no means make it your intellectual property; it has been discussed at several other places as well. And as far as the "help and guidance of Mr. Mark Hucko" goes... Don't make me laugh! Your only input in the project has been ridiculising it, venting your hatred against any form of Interslavic language that does not follow the Slovio canon, and later campaigning against what you keep calling "copycat languages" and "plagiarized Slovio clones".
That's another pack of lies. I have been a member of the Slovianski Forum since May 4, 2006 (http://web.archive.org/web/2006102714 4633/slovianski.com/fo rum/memberlist.php?mode=joined&order=ASC&start=0) and it was me who initiated Slovianski-N (http://web.archive.org/web/20 060614003147/www.langmaker.com /db/User:IJzeren_Jan/Slovianski). Later, it was this version, Slovianski-N, which became known as "Slovianski" (http://s8.zetaboards.com/Slovianski/topic/494396/1/). For the record, I haven't said anywhere that I "own" Slovianski, nor that I am its only author.
It's funny that you keep accusing me of the very same thing you've been doing yourself all the time. My list of constructed Slavic languages (http://steen.free.fr/slovianski/ constructed_slavic_language s.html) should make it pretty clear that this is just another case of projection on your part. BTW, please remove my address from your messages. There's no need for dispersing private information on internet fora. It seems that this thread has become the battleground of a number of persons who have been heavily involved in Slovio and Slovianski, and who have less than friendly feelings about each other. I suggest that they take their personal battles to another place.
