I have to say I'm quite offended by the fact that I can't see directly which of my posts have got votes. This is what I get in return for posting them???
Before I got like 160-170 votes, I'd check obsessively, see how many days ago the post was sent, then see in what threads I posted that day (I can only directly see my ten latest posts), and finally I'd go to these threads and find the new votes. I no longer bother but I still feel this is totally unfair.
I mean I sorta understand why some features are paid only (though the logic of "you've written 1500 posts, you've contributed so much, now how about paying" is flawed), but there's a huge difference between seeing other people's best posts and seeing your own. If your posts are good enough to get votes, you deserve to see which ones do.

We already have the report feature to deal with trolls and very low quality posts; I
think negative votes will only scare away genuine users without adding any value that's
not already in existing features. Instead of punishing low quality content you should
focus high quality posts (eg. make a search feature that ranks posts by the number of
votes they got, have a votes leaderboard, etc).

I provided a fix for this some time ago:
Moving the ’vote’ link out of the way |

Thanks! I'll take a look and see if I can get it working on Chrome ^^
