I saw Moonspell live on Friday and this reset both of my entries. On the other hand the moon topic inspired me to read Luna Rossa, and I've actually read much more than 7 pages for these two days. I'm planning to start a new thread on January 1st, of course you can continue with your goals but what do you think about adding some rules? While it will never be required to check in daily, if you don't update your entry for weeks I think it's better to just keep track privately. Would y'all be okay if entries were deleted from the list if the person hasn't posted for about a week? Note that there's no need to start from scratch if your entry is not on the list. Originally I was against general goals like "studying", but this thread is starting to have a life of its own, and I wouldn't want to discourage people from using it this way. Good idea. But if the rules change you should put this information in the first posting. I was a bit confused after I compared the first posting with the (then) last page.
For me that's ok.
Hehe... guilty... for me that simply meant: do something! And I did. It kept me going while I was looking for the "right" activity. But maybe you're right. I reached my goals for Norwegian anyway and I would've reached my goal for English if it weren't for an unexpected (and unwelcome) trip. So I'll start anew with concrete goals: Norwegian: at least 1 lesson per day of http://www3.hf.uio.no/iln/studier/evu/norskkurs/igin/ Norwegian: at least 20 minutes listening to Ringenes Herre (Lord of the Rings) English: at least 1 lesson per day of "Oxford Practice Grammar" 1 person has voted this message useful | |||||||||
