A little bit of team talk:
New Members With the addition of our newest team members, we now have 15 sailors on our jolly ship. Traditionally, 15 has been the limit for a TAC team. What do you guys think? Should we close the team at a certain number or keep it open? Aand individual replies: fabriciocarraro - Thanks man!! I'll probably make at least one more this year. Hekje - Hahaha inderdaad, ouders.. soms kunnen ze zo frustrerend zijn! Maar ja, tuurlijk was het niet uit iets bewusts gedaan. Misschien dat is wat gebeurt als je een enig kind bent een het eerste dat in zo'n situatie wordt geboren en tot een familie die over zulke dingen nooit denkt. Maar hoe dan ook. Wat ploegnummers betreffen, heb ik er nooit aan gedacht. Wat denk jij? Elk jaar iedere ploeg die wordt gemaakt verliest mensen in de loop der maanden, dus ik kan geen kwaad zien in (I can't see any harm in?) de deur open te laten. Des te meer des te vrolijker. Maar beiderlei (either way?) het maakt me niks uit, wat de ploeg beslist dan ook. 1 person has voted this message useful | |||

Ik ben het met je eens. Natuurlijk zou ik liever dat iedereen in onze ploeg zou blijven - maar ik weet ook dat dat niet altijd is gebeurd. Misschien als twee maanden voorbij gaan zonder iets van iemand te horen, kunnen we ze aan een 'niet actief' lijstje toevoegen...? Maar het is in ieder geval geen groot probleem hoor. (either way = in ieder geval?) I agree with you. Of course, I'd rather that everyone stayed in our team - but I also know that hasn't always happened. Maybe if two months go by without hearing anything from someone, we can put them on a "not active" list? But in any case it's no big deal. The rationale behind limiting the team size is that team members are supposed to commit
to reading the logs of their other team members, and an overly large team makes that too onerous a task. The dropout rate helps to counteract this, even as we lament the loss. I'm just verbijsterd here that the team generated as much interest as it did, given that there wasn't enough interest last year to form a team at all. My inclination would be to keep it open on the theory that we're unlikely to get another 5+ signups, so why keep out the last one or two people because of any arbitrary number limit. But then I never imagined we'd get close to 15, either. 1 person has voted this message useful |
