Just reminding: Full description here
Also, given the current discussion in the voting thread... Do you think that leaving the team and going individual should be discouraged? I don't see much point in "best individual" log when only those who weren't on any team are eligible for it. They just don't have much competition. I agree that they deserve the chance for recognition, but so do people whose team fell apart or just didn't attract enough attention.
And just copying Cristina's suggested categories here:
Solfrid Cristin wrote:
I do not remember if any actual categories were decided, but I think some of the categories could be
- best overall log
- best newcomer
- funniest log
- most entertaining log
- most useful log
- the log with most foreign languages used in the log
- best travel log
- most consistent student
- longest individual thread started this year
- most languages studied
And then we could add any fun category we like (anyone creative here?) :-)
...
But I would also like to see individual categories, so that we could let some of the stars shine, whether they are part of a team or are flying totally solo. |

Yes, I think the individual category should be opened for everyone, but it might be really hard to find a winner that way - What if 20 people vote and more or less all of them vote for different individual logs?

When creating a new log, should I add the name of a team where I'm only an observer (for the time being, at least)?

If there's enough space in the title, why not? It's up to you :-)

After serious thought, I've decided that I would like to join the German Team.
Since I'm not taking classes anymore, I'm going to need some kind of environment to keep practising (start some serious reading).
Level: C1 => C2
I'm going to Team Spaẞ now and announce my intention.
