Yeah, I support Serpent's idea. The more the merrier. :)
@Brun Ugle Here's my TAC 2013 log.

Anya is on five teams. Is it sensible to be on five teams? Will you make no limit on it?

Ok, so are there any people who would like to learn Scandinavian languages so that it's possible to make a second team?:) |

Since it is still fairly early, there may very well come more. Scandinavian languages seem to be very popular these days. Should it turn out that only a few more people sign up and there aren't enough people to make a proper team, you will be able to join the original team. In any case, you won't be left by yourself :) |
|
|
Great :) So when is the deadline for signing up? :)

Language(s): German
Team or Individual: I would prefer to be on a team if possible. Maybe the second German one?

Frankly, if we want someone to organize the TAC, we need to respect the descisions made by that person. This TAC is becoming chaotic, and I am incredibly impressed by Brun Ugle's organisational skills. Without her I do not see how this would have worked.
Let the process run its course. If there is a 15 plus 5 or 6 or 7 situation, the teams can be merged before the end of this year. If there are two teams of 15 they can operate individually for now, and then merge if a lot of members disappear. You simply consider yourselves sister teams, and merge when you want to. The more the merrier goes until a certain point, but we cannot have 40 or 50 members of the same team.

Actually if the level of activity is decent, even 10 members per team can be too much, especially if you're in more than one team. But the level of activity can't be predicted.

@Solfrid Cristin My private message has been waiting for you since days. Just to remind you; I don't know whether your not reading it was intentional or not.

No one said 40 or 50 members. Of course the extreme is not merry.

I don't really understand what you mean by "respect?" My tone of voice might be a bit too blunt/honest but I respect everyone. Up there it seemed to me Brun Ugle is open to suggestions. But if you say she has absolute power then I don't even know why you said what you said since then your writing supposedly had no value.
@Brun Ugle: Please tell us if you are open to suggestions or want to decide everything alone. Whether democratic choice or smoothness of organization is more important to you.
