γενέθλια -one stress

Δεν μ'αρέσουν τα σπορ - a general comment, you use the plural

εννέα/εννιά -choose one of the two, both are correct

Μια μέρα θα ήθελα/θα ήθελα κάποτε -both are ok, but the first a bit better.

Είναι επίσης/μάλιστα δυνατό για ένα άτομο... -μάλιστα is better here

Επίσης/μαλιστα μπορείς να δουλέψεις εκεί.... -both fine!

I think you have earned yourself the right to be called Στέφανος!
Στέφανε, θα ήθελα κι εγώ μια μέρα να επισκεφθώ το καταφύγιο του γιγάντιου πάντα!

Ευχαριστώ πολύ. Πως σε λένε;

I have a question. Normally, if I'm not mistaken, when you use an adjective and a possessive together, the possessive goes between the adjective and the noun, as in η μαύρη μου γάτη. But the phrase 'my free time seems to be στον ελεύφερο χρόνο μου. Why is it not στον ελεύφερο μου χρόνο?

Hi, I think I understood that your name is Steve, that you are 43 years old and live in Bolton which is a small

Με λένε Πηνελόπη, και μένω στον Πειραιά, δέκα χιλιόμετρα από την Αθήνα. Ο Πειραιάς είναι μεγάλο λιμάνι. Είμαι παντρεμένη, αλλά ακόμα δεν έχουμε παιδιά.

Η μαύρη μου γάτα
Η μαύρη γάτα μου

Στον ελεύθερο χρόνο μου
Στον ελεύθερό μου χρόνο

Both are correct. It's a matter of the flow of the phrase to choose which fits best when you say it. It's up to you. I don't have a grammar book handy to find a rule, but you can say it both ways.

Of course the greek language has rules. But it has so many options you are quite free at the same time. Try to feel rythm, flow, which (correct!) version would sound better.

Oh, when you ask πώς σε λένε, the πώς needs a stress mark, because it asks a question. In its second meaning it is unstressed, if I am not mistaken. Small detail, even greeks make mistakes on that one.

edit: The same goes for the word πού/που.

Στέφανε, I opened two books. They both say that the weak type of the posessive goes after the noun, and does not take a stress mark. No mention of the adjective.

The adjective is only supposed to agree with the noun in gender etc., to accompany it, but no mention where exactly it is placed.
In fact you can say

Μαύρη η γάτα μου

Ελεύθερος ο χρόνος μου

if you wish to make a point or something (or write a poem. This word order is used in poems).

As I said, feel free.

Great work, Stelingo! My only doubt when reading it was the position of "μου" in Στον ελεύθερο χρόνο μου but I see
that our wonderful renaissancemedi has cleared that up.
