I really like Holiday in Spain, by the Counting Crows and the Dutch band Bløf.
I also just remembered 7 Seconds, by Youssou N'Dour and Neneh Cherry, which is sung in Wolof, English and French.

Monkey Majik, being a Japanese-language band filled with English-speaking Canadians, makes great music in both Japanese and English. Some songs are more code-mixed than others. "Sora wa Maru de" switches between Japanese and English fluidly.
Culcha Candela is my favorite multilingual band. Their songs mix English, Spanish, and German. "Gimme Some" has stanzas that switch from Spanish to German before busting out in an English chorus. It's great! other awesome songs include "The Greatest" and "Move It."
Stereo Total does totally bizarre German-French pop. "Das Erste Mal" is one of the most accessible songs I've heard, but some of their music is way too lo-fi for me!
Queen did a song in English and Japanese. It's lovely.
This Italian song is cracked out and totally '80s. I hear some French, some English, some German...
LOVE PSYCHEDELICO mixes Japanese and English.
