Scottish Gaelic (according to Omniglot, this language “is written with just 18 letters each of which is named after a tree or shrub.”)
Name a language spoken in India with its own unique writing system which is not a Brahmic script (like devanagari, Bengali, Tamil, Thai etc.) This writing system is more similar to Latin et.al. in that vowels and consonants are given roughly equal representation. Also, it was invented in the 20th century.
