I'm learning German with Rosetta Stone right now. I'm on the 3rd disc of V.3. I've studied this on and off and have been to Germany several times. I don't feel confident that when I get to disc 5 that I'll be conversant. I try to read German tabloids like Bild & Bunte & I do understand SOME. I'm on Lesson 4 of the 3rd disc. I hope I learn more. I'm looking at other programs so that I can learn more after I do RS.
I'm also going to do French by Rosetta Stone as well, and Spanish.

Well, if you are unsure about your progress with Rosetta Stone (which is no wonder), then
why are you going to buy two more RS?
You can have a lot of better resources for the money.

You've learned that it's better to create an account in advance, but it's still your SECOND post.
Making up a fictional biography is actually listed in CEFR. Come on, show us that RS teaches at least that! So far it seems like RS is even useless for promoting RS in a foreign language...

I already own them so it's not a big deal. I am looking at other programs once I finish Rosetta Stone & if I still can't speak German, etc.
