Does anyone here follow EMK's log? There's a lot of little nuggets in there we could
take out of context for a name! EMK I think Team P^{-1}(P(L)) has a nice geeky ring to it, and would be relevant for all of us (page 106, message 844). I just finished watching Les Revenants, and it was fantastic right up until the
end. I had read some reviews that said the last episode 'ruined' the series. I disagree ... I was on the edge of my seat right up until the final minutes. And then I was jumping right out of my seat the next couple hours every time I heard a door creaking in the wind. This was the longest series I've watched without subtitles, and it was very rewarding. I thought: I've reached the next level! And then I tried to watch Maison Close, and was lost. I understood that it was set in a brothel (that part was graphically obvious), but I couldn't figure out who all the men were, or even tell all the hookers apart. I read a synopsis of the first episode on wikipedia, and might try to watch it again & see if I can follow along better the second time.
