Comment On the back cover you learn that the author, Dola Haudressy, teaches at the prestigious Paris University 'La Sorbonne' although she is not a full professor, and that she wrote two other books in French about Russian. I left the sticker from the Paris language bookshop where I bought it - Gibert Jeune. This bookshop became quite famous even abroad when Carlos the Jackal bombed it in the eighties.
