Not much on these days. I was still recovering from being sick, and was quite tired. After college classes and work, I had little energy to tackle languages. I believe all I did was read a few Deutsche Welle articles.
11/5/08
German
Wrote a few messages to my German tutor. ~15 minutes.
Listened to an Alltagsdeutsch podcast, Senfmühle. ~15 minutes.
French
Assimil French with Ease - Active wave for Lessons 52 and 53, 2 and 3. ~20 minutes.
I must admit, I'm not sure if I'm going to continue the active wave; I'm unsure as to how much benefit I'm actually gaining from it. I may just focus on the French, and try transcribing some more, among other things. I feel that rather than teaching me to produce French, the active wave is teaching me to take an English selection, and memorize Assimil's French translation of it. :)
Assimil French with Ease - Active Wave for Lessons 4, 5, 54. ~20 minutes.
