- Listened to the song Di Fiesta by Izaline Calister
- Read the proverbs, letter "A". Interesting proverbs in Papiamento, some are similar to
the Iberian ones, some are rather unique and local. It is quite interesting to get to
know more of the language, it is a bit like doing sentence SRS to some extent

I forgot that I had planned a reviewing/a second wave at the Papiamentu Textbook before I
travelled to Curaçao and Aruba. Now there are only 3 weeks left. It's 20 lessons for only
15 weekdays. Considering there are 20 lessons, I'll have to do more than 1 lesson for a
few days.

I just reviewed lesson 1 (have to do 2 tomorrow). It's much easier to understand than
before, of course, and it is also easier to do output, that is, to translate English into
Papiamentu. I won't even bother checking the answer keys that much, will first check how
far I can get with my current knowledge. After all, I'm going to need to make
comprehensible input when I go there in two weeks.

I'm about to finish reviewing lesson2 and will try to do lesson 3 today as well.
Reviewing lessons aren't that much boring and had allowed me to fill in some gaps.

Managed to finish lesson 3, after I went through all of my schedule. Now I have to keep
reviewing 2 lessons a day for the upcoming days so that I manage to review the book
before I travel.

One verb I can't forget: sòru (to take care of, from Dutch zorgen). I keep seeing it on
newspapers, that is, in a less literal meaning.
