Japanese has such a rich abundance of ことわざ finding a motto should be easy! Some suggestions:
習うより慣れる- get used to rather than learn
千里の道も一歩より- even a 1000ri (1ri is just under 4km) trip starts with one step
失敗は成功のもと - failure is the basis of success

Nice. I especially like the last one. I really need to remember that one myself.
Do you know any sakura themed ones?
Edit: Found some. I don't know that they exactly suit our purpose though.

I think it's due to seemingly no shared interest. I mean, if you just stand and watch you probably don't let others know what your interests are. Say, no one will go to a person and ask "Did you watch the most recent episode of 中二病でも恋がしたい!?" unless they know there's real chance of it. (Okay, there are some people but it's almost 0% of people.)

It seems having a C2 level in English means nothing. ._. That's why I'm fine with only B2; maybe I didn't pass a fancy test but I can express what I want to convey.

We need a team mascot!!
I suppose we could steal a cartoon character or a figure from a book. Or we could find an appropriate animal. But if anyone here is creative and good at drawing, maybe we could make our own. Any volunteers? Either to make one or to find one?

Maybe this will do:
Seriously, though, I think creating one would be cool.

My English is C1...It's just this site that interpreted my qualifications wrong... Ans the typos are caused by
the fact that I'm typing on my phone. Speaking is also by far my weakest skill...

It has nothing to do with shared interests. It is most likely to do with the communication difficulties that come with being an autist. I am simply unable to get into the conversation. I tend to "wait my turn" to talk, and in group conversation, that doesn't work. If I do try to say something, I am frequently ignored. That's why I say I am invisible.

I can't say anything about your spoken English, but your written English is fantastic.
I make plenty of typos even when typing on the computer, but fortunately I have spell-check :)

Thank you... But believe me: there is quite a large gap between the two skills.
And my computer's spell checker is in German :ø
