Here's my 10 minutes:

I decided I couldn't wait until New Year's Eve to start my new log. You will find it here.

I might write something in Danish next week, but I don't really have the motivation for it this week.
Here you can find the first draft (=uncorrected version) of a small paper I wrote in Norwegian a while back. My log will also be mostly in Norwegian, so there will be plenty of opportunity to assess my Norwegian at the start of the challenge.

I do not have a vote here, but in my humble opinion, the best leader is the one who takes initiatives and starts the team off - in your case Julie. I would pick her. I know from my own experience that you need someone who is able to rally people and give a gentle nudge when needed.

Has the team leader already been chosen? If not, I second that notion. Rules are made to be bent anyway.

I'm not an officially on the team, but if I were, I'd vote for Julie.

I actually have a request too: My two favorite programs on NRK Play are Brille and Nytt på nytt. Could one of the resident Norwegian experts give them a quick look and tell me if the hosts' and guests' dialects are more or less representative of the standard Norwegian.

Edit:
I was able to look a lot of these people up on Wikipedia and it seems most of the recurring cast are from Oslo and neigboring regions. Among those who sounded "standard" to me were people from Oslo, Akershus, Østfold and Telemark. Comments?

Not an expert, but here you go (thanks for pointing those programs out, by the way):
in Brille, the guy with gray hair doesn't sound "standard"
in Nytt på nytt, the thickish half-bold guy doesn't sound "standard", I think there was also a woman who didn't sound "standard", but there were so many people, I couldn't really keep track during my small peek

The others sound pretty much like speaking textbook Norwegian to me.

Even though she lacks a TAC experience, Julie is a senior forum member and she took the lead in setting up this team. And as no other name seems to have come up as possible candidate for team captain (apart from Fasulye who kindly declined) and the deadline is tonight, I give my vote to Julie.

------

Here’s my 10-minute challenge: without dictionary and a grammar that was tough!

Hej!

Julie is a great candidate:) De facto some of the requirements are:
-language learning experience
-technical "literacy"
-being serious about the language(s) of the team and not just dabbling.

She has all of these:)))
