I appreciate your link buddy. I quite enjoyed the music of this group. This is a good thread by the way. Any more Flamenco and that would be awesome! Flamenco really is a thing of beauty! Spanish language music really is so attractive isn't it? I personally am a fan of heavy metal, en español, el jebí no? I personally have admiration for Avalanch (my favorite song is ángel caído), Warcry and Tierra Santa. But I too like other styles like Flamenco and various music from Latinamerica. Is Quentin Tarantino also hooked on Flamenco? He seems to use it a lot in Kill Bill doesn't he. One more thing, I seem to be so hooked on Spanish music, but I feel the need that I should limit myself and really find some Japanese music with the objective of immerse myself in more Japanese media. As mentioned previously I really like Heavy Metal, though I am open to other styles too. Could anyone recommend any Japanese music? Metal perhaps? Any links to Youtube? I knew someone would ask me this question afterwards....no Maximus, I don't like Samba....in fact, in my opinion, Brazilian music quality has decreased abruptly in the last years...thanks to the Internet, my focus on foreign music has stepped up a lot...that's why I'm downloading non-Brazilian tunes, for instance.....

When my Japanese has reached a level of perfection, I think I want to study an Eastern European language. I cannot decide yet between Hungarian and SerboCroat. Maybe I should play listening to both and create a little battle between the two, playing one of against the other. Does anyone know of any good Heavy Metal bands for any of these two languages? I want to build up music collections for possible languages which may be studied in the future.

I like to listen to lots of 'foreign' music to get a feel for the language(s). I am currently studying Spanish and my wife (who is fluent) loves Cumbia and Tejano music from Mexico. I like some of it too:
Los Angeles De Charly: Un Sueno Mentiras Aroma (not bad to look at, either!) Amor de tres Los Tucanes de Tijuana El Papa De Los Pollitos Juan Sebastian (no posting would be complete without him!) 25 Rosas Tatuajes Sometimes I get tired of this style of music. I have found another artist that allows me to listen to Spanish language music without trumpets or accordions!
