That's impressive, people using Latin as an active means of communication! At school I've never been taught using Latin actively. Nozomi and Iversen, I can read and understand what you wrote, but I cannot reply in Latin. We always had to translate Latin texts into German, which I found quite boring. But now I've got a dictionary including modern Latin with words such as:
computer = machina computatoria, ae engineer = machinator, oris attorney of law = causidico, causidica cyclist = birotarius, birotaria highway = strata autocinetica apprentice = excolendus, excolenda grocery shop = taberna alimentaria loudspeaker = megafonum, i car = autovehiculum, i sale = venditio rerum reliquarum (from: PONS, Schülerwörterbuch Latein) I haven't had such a modern dictionary at school (in the 70's), because at that time they didn't exist. It's a very interesting vocabulary, isn't it? I am sorry for not being able to write this passage in Latin. But keep on writing in Latin, please, I will read it and try to understand it.
