25th June (...or the 26th by the time I actually finished this post)
Today I finished Zero no Tukaima, and tomorrow I'll start with Sinsekai yori. I think I'm gonna review the books I've read during the Tadoku at the end of the month. In German, I'm currently reading the first half of A Storm of Swords (the 5th book in the German editions of The Song of Ice and Fire) I also got a rejection from the company I went to for an interview last Thursday - I guess it was a worthwile experience going there anyway - at least I know where the Sainsbury's in Melksham is now! :p And I can't wait to get home now - on Sunday night I'm heading to Heathrow, where I'll spend the night before my morning flight on Monday. As for my Spanish, I settled with the Grammar guide at StudySpanish.com, which have about 100 "lessons" which, albeit missing decent Ankiable example sentences, explain the stuff quite well. I can't wait until I get to a leven where I can learn from native materials, which I achieved with German after only a few months. 1 person has voted this message useful | |||

29th June
Today I'm finally going home; in fact, I'm leaving Southdown in less than five hours. I'm gonna spend the night at Heathrow though, so I won't be home before tomorrow afternoon. I've only got left to take out the remaining trash, pack the clothing that's currently in the wosher, hoover the floors and clean the coffee machine properly. That should be managable in the time I've got left. I've also outlined my Anki strategy for Spanish, using flashcards of the following types: - Vocab in sentence (one or two new words per card) - Vocab NO/DE/EN->Spanish (for words like numbers, months, technical terms, etc.) - Verb conjugation, one card for each tense of vivir/comer/hablar and the irregular verbs I encounter. I only add those as I come across them on the grammar guide I found. I might need to find a decent audio course though, but at the moment I'm fine with the guide. As you probably see, I've transferred German from "studies" to "speak", simply because I do not study it anymore, yet my comprehension is excellent, and my speaking is alright - at least it exceeds the "basic fluency" in the language settings on this forum. Also, it's almost as "good" as my English were when I started studying here in the UK almost two years ago. I hope that justifies it... 2. Juli
Heute habe ich beschlossen, mit Shinsekaiyori aufzuhören, weil es einfach zu schwer ist. Normalerweiße brauche ich etwas Zeit, mich an die Karaktere und das Setting zu gewöhnen, aber dazu sollte ich so viel wie 100 Seiten brauchen. Mit Spanisch geh ich ruhig voran: der erste Monat (bis ungefähr 20. Juli) werde ich mit Grammatik und Anki verbringen, und dann werde ich mit irgendein Audiokurs arbeiten ehe ich mit sogenannten Native-Materials fortsetzen. Hoffentlich funktioniert das genauso gut wie mit Deutschem; damit brauchte ich nur ein Jahr um meine passive Sprachfähigkeiten auf eine relativ hohe Stufe zu bringen. ...Jetzt seht ihr vielleicht dass meine Entscheidung, Deutsch auf die "Speak"-Liste hinzufügen, nicht völlig richtig ist... aber ich bin mir sicher dass ich ein B2-Prüfung locker schaffen könnte, oder vielleicht nicht. Ich habe vor irgendeine Prüfung zu machen, aber ich bin nicht sicher welche, oder wann ich es tun werde, aber es wird nich später als der nächste Sommer. 1 person has voted this message useful | |||

Ja gern, das wäre ser nett von dir, noch besser wenn du zumal das Feedback auf Deutsch
schreibst. :) Der Grund für der Prüfung zu machen ist dass ich gern einen Semester in Deutschalnd (als austauschstudent) machen möchte, und zwar mit nur deutschsprachige Modulen, falls das möglich ist. Was mir in deinen Texten aufgefallen ist, ist a) dass du manchmal das falsche Genus bei Substantiven benutzt und b) dass du manchmal falsche Verbendungen benutzt (z.B. "ich braucht" statt "ich brauche"). Darauf würde ich besonders achten, wenn du die Prüfung ablegen möchtest. Manchmal das falsche Genus zu wählen ist vielleicht nicht ganz so schlimm, aber die Verbkonjugation sollte meiner Meinung nach schon sitzen. Gern geschehen! Für die Prüfung wünsche ich dir jetzt schon viel Glück! Dein Deutsch ist ziemlich gut, aber man könnte noch an ein paar Feinheiten arbeiten (siehe oben). Auweia... zumindest habe ich einen Satz ohne Rechtschreibfehler geschrieben...
Irgendwie muss ich meine Rechtschreibung verbessern, aber wie? Mein Hörverständnis habe ich geübt, indem ich verschiedene Videos auf YouTube geguckt habe, aber mit Schreiben bin ich mir nicht ganz sicher, wie man es am besten übt - also, über wass soll ich schreiben? Über mein Sprachlernen gibt es wenig zu erzählen, und sonst tu ich wenig erzählenswertes. 1 person has voted this message useful |
