ДОБРО ПОЖАЛОВАТЬ Dear friends of the Russian language, welcome to the team thread of Team Russian (provisional name)! This thread is our home where we can discuss everything concerning our team and our progress in learning Russian. We can encourage each other, ask questions about Russian language and culture, and arrange Skype sessions or monthly challenges. How does it work? The goal of the TAC (Total Annihilation Challenge) is to stay focused on your target language(s) for a whole year. How much studying you do is up to you. The important thing is doing something, keeping track, and reporting about your progress in your log. If you face difficulties or problems, the team is here to help you. That’s why there are more advanced learners and beginners on the same teams. We should follow each other’s logs, comment on them, and encourage our team mates in order to keep each other motivated. I hope we can invent some small monthly team challenges or have Skype meetings. They are both great ways to keep the team together. Everyone who would like to become a member of this team, please sign up in the common TAC 2014 Sign-Up Thread! As soon as you have signed up, you can create your personal TAC log and inform us in this thread. This post will regularly be updated with the names, logs, and TAC languages of our current members. Great first page, Josquin, and thank you for taking on the important job of being head of the prestigious Russian team!
I'll continue with this year's log too. I cannot make a link to it from this computer, and I have a business trip for the next few days so I will not be able to link to it until Friday. If you could be so kind as to link to it in the first post, Josquin, I would be very grateful, and if not I'll do it when I come back :-) Also happy to see both old and new memebrs of the team. I have formally decided that 2014 will be the best year of my life, so I hope that it will also be a good year for my Russian studies. In April I will be going on a two week trip to three countries where I will be able to use Russian, so I have a good study goal! 2 persons have voted this message useful |
