I was going to start my first ever HTLAL log today, but then I noticed that Memrise was still in 'safe mode', so I thought I'd wait; that and the fact we haven't decided on a name yet, and I'm not sure if I can change the log title once I've created a new thread.

You can change your thread titles in the Language Learning Log forum. :-)

You can change the title of any thread you start as long as you can edit the first post. In the log subforum there's no limit, elsewhere on the forum it's two weeks.

(BTW it's basically no longer required to have those giant TAC 2014 letters in the title. It's mostly up to you what exactly to put there. You can also use tags to indicate your languages)

Hey guys, so I got around to creating my first language learning log!
log

Not sure how often I'll update it, or what I'm going to put in there yet, but creating it is a start, I guess. :P

Corrigeer mijn fouten, alsjeblieft :)

It's excellent in terms of vocabulary usage and grammar, just the syntax requires some
tweaking in order for the sentences to work better. And: Ik denk erover/daarover na
(like in German, ich denke darüber nach).

Tarvos, dank je wel! Yeah, I definitely have to work on the word order!

Are there any differences between erover and daarover? Funnily enough, I have spent so much time thinking about whether to use erover or daarover that I didn't even realize that 'na' should obviously be after that ;D.

The same as between er/daar, just with an added preposition.

Erover is general "I'm thinking about it", daarover is "I'm thinking about that" (where
that is something particular you are referring to), but usually they are pretty
interchangeable.
