So, I thought about my February goals... Nothing big, but I'm happy if I achieve these:

1. Chai & Conversation 16-20 (listen, make Anki cards)
2. do something with Persian everyday, no matter how small

@prz: the link doesn't seem to work for me :(

@tristano: I'm looking forward to your presentation! Can't you simply download/active Persian script on your computer? A simple way to write is google translate, which gives you a keyboard for Persian letters ;)

Hi,
I didn't know about the keyboard in google translate, it's brilliant! :)
I'm using it to exercise writing and put words on anki :) I have to exercise also handwriting, that will be tougher :D

I stumbled оn some online resources hоstеd by thе Univеrѕity оf Техаѕ in Аuѕtin including Persian Online which you may find handy for getting a second opinion on some topic in grammar that seems to be bugging you.

Thanks, Chung! It's quite a good resource for grammar clarifications and their 4 video lessons and various sound recordings.

Hi guys!
Another month has gone... how goes it?
In February I subscribed to the 6 week challenge and I did 19.33h of Persian study, I'm quite proud of myself about
this result. I have to say that sadly I'm still not able to write a presentation because I didn't learn enough grammar to
do it. This is how I worked in this month:
- I learnt some grammar mostly by using EasyPersian (until lesson 20)
- I finished the 10 lessons of Pimsleur Farsi
- I arrived at lesson 20 with Chai and Conversation
- During my work in my office when I really need to focus and isolate by the rest of the world, I put on my ears a
Persian radio podcast, it's really effective. I didn't log anyway this time in the 6 weeks challenge.

I'm happy about my study this month differently than January, therefore I think there is large space for improvement
about my learning strategies. For example, I have to listen again and again Chai and conversation (like four times a
episode) and still I don't actively remember most of the things that are said. So it seems to be not amazingly
effective for learning vocabulary but still it gives me a nice boost of confidence about how the language sounds, and
it's also nice to hear. I don't know if use Assimil to learn the vocabulary and the language structure and leave chai
and conversation after to learn extra stuff or if to do exactly the opposite.

Goals for March... clarify how to proceed, keep up working and this time be able to make the presentation :)

Try the Anki Assimil deck, Tristano ;) It works very well for learning vocabulary.

My month went pretty well. I reviewed the Anki deck almost every day and also reached lesson 20 in Chai and Conversation, as planned. I also did quite a bit of varied studying. I'll write more in my log for the February summary.
