Hehe twitter is very simple:)
There are some recommended accounts in the first post of this thread.
Amerykanka also updates her log regularly. João is/was in Belgium. I assume GRagazzo and AlephBey also haven't abandoned language learning :) So Team Žá is alive&kicking \m/

Hi everyone! I am still studying and updating my log (as Serpent mentioned above). I'm glad to see that there
are so many of us left. :)

*cue start of Public Service Announcement*
I recently stumbled upon a big collection of resources (videos, transcripts, learning plans) from Five Colleges (Amherst College, Hampshire College, Mount Holyoke College, Smith College, and the University of Massachusetts Amherst) that was just too good to keep in relative anonymity in my log or the "Links and Resources" sub-forum. I think that the links could be handy for any of you want some practice with L-R or to see and hear the language as used in basic situations (certainly more focused than looking on YouTube)
For your purposes, here are the links to the material in
Bulgarian, Croatian/Serbian, Czech, French, Italian, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak and Spanish
There is also a lot of content in Russian as many of the exchange students from Central Asia who were interviewed used only Russian (unfortunately, arguably) rather than the ancestral language. Click on the following to see these interviews and the transcripts and translations.
Azerbaijan (a few interviews in English or Russian, many in Azeri)
Kazakhstan (some interviews in Russian, some in Kazakh, a few in English)
Kyrgyzstan (all in Russian as far as I could tell. No Kyrgyz :-/)
Tajikistan (all in English or Russian as far as I could tell. No Tajik :-/)
Turkmenistan (many interviews in English or Russian, a few interviews in Turkmen :-/)
Uzbekistan (a few interviews in English or Russian, many in Uzbek)

Fantastic, thank you!!!
This looks just amazing<3333333
That's not really the sort of material for LR but it's certainly useful.
as for study plans, do you mean those syllabi? http://langmedia.fivecolleges.edu/mentored_turkish.html or is there something I've missed?
In other words, is there anything there apart from the links you posted? :)

That's an example of what I'm talking about. Some languages are better served than others, though.
I didn't go through all of the site, but what I did go through would make excellent supplemental material for many beginners.

And for intermediate learners who focus on comprehension and don't wanna use phrasebook-like sites/courses to find out how people actually say things:)

Would anyone want to adapt some of the WriYe writing challenges to language learning? I think especially a Team Žá consistency thread would be good :)

What's the idea, to write a certain number of words in your TL every day? I have a lot of TLs - that could take a long time!
