I have set it to count down from a 1000 hours for my use in tracking study time and active listening to French language media time. I hope to have run the DCCA down to 0 hours by December 31, 2013 |

Thanks Daragh, and to you.
I borrowed the countdown idea from following your log. I am fully confident that you
will make it based on your progress, and I would be thrilled to make it as well.

BBC Languages site - French
BBC - French homepage
Disappointed to see that French Steps is no longer available and that the videos for
Talk Franch are not available outside over here, but I do see some new content since my
last visit ages ago.
Listening -
foundation skills
"Finding the way" - revise and test - proves one does not have to understand everything
to understand enough.
Also started "Ma France" - looks very nicely produced. Using both the French and
English subtitles.
Ma France
Learned a bit about the îles du Frioul. Aussi, pour une tartiflette, on a
besoin d’une paire de chaussettes (though it is not entirely clear why).
