Lab rat for scientists testing language learning abilities and methods.
Meaning, some psycholinguists would take a bunch of people who want to learn languages, pay them to learn them and then analyse the results. (could get boring in the long run but if all you want is to learn as many languages as possible, then wouldn't that be a dream job?
