After Z I have sometimes added three words to illustrate the Danish letters æ, ø, å (= ae, oe, aa or ä, ö, aa if you haven't got a Danish keyboard).
However things shouldn't always be done in the same way, so here are some words to illustrate the three last letters of the Swedish alphabet - place notice that the Swedish letters don't come in the same order as in Danish:
ågren = drunk men's songs (indeclinable)
äppelmust = cider ... I couldn't find an indeclinable substantive or adjective starting on 'ä'
ömse = both (indeclinable adjective, e.g. in 'på ömse håll'='on both sides')

German
Angesichts - in the face of, in light of, in view of (+genitive)
Angesichts der schwierigen Situation - in view of the difficult situation.
Angesichts der Gefahr - in the face of danger.
Instead of "angesichts", you can say "Im Angesicht" + genitive case e.g Im Angesicht der Gefahr.
Von Angesicht zu Angesicht - face-to-face.
