Is the PDF file of Russian without toil, 1951, still on uztranslations? I have registered and signed in there, but can only find the French version.

I just checked and it is still there. On the upper right of the uztranslations main page you will see a section called "Tags". Click on the "Assimil" tag and you will see all of the 83 Assimil courses available there, including Russian without Toil (the 1951 text, and the 1971 audio, and in the comments section the 1971 text and 1951 audio).
