Sports day was monumental with lots of waving of red flags. For a small college i've never seen anything like it, no doubt the olympic games will be awsome. All the teachers HAD to participate in dancing and marching. While it does create a great feeling of belonging it's not so good if you have better things to do. Luckily I managed to avoid pariticipating due to my foreigner status.
