This picture shows the pollution in Shijiazhuang, on a good day! On a bad day you wouldn't see these buildings. Shijiazhuang is considered the second most polluted city in China with the most polluted city in China taking the number one spot away from Mexico for being the worlds worst. With the booming economy of China it comes as no surprise that estimates are that by 2020 it will overtake the USA as the worlds biggest polluter. Neither have signed up to the Kyoto agreement the US because it doesn't want to, while China is a developing country and doesn't have to.
