Your library sounds like a language geek's dream! I think I would spend all my free time there, reading about and learning as many languages as possible. Probably provides a hell of a lot of wanderlust too though, must be hard to resist studying some more obscure languages instead of the ones that are more important to you.

What does 'mizu' mean?

I love the diminutive too in foreign languages, especially in Czech where it it is so common that it's almost more used than the standard form of nouns. In fact my username here is an extreme diminutive chosen for it's Czechness.

Je viens de trouver ton log par hasard. C'est chouette que tu apprends l'hongrois. C'est une langue
vachement intéressante, mais relativement peu étudiée. J'ai plusieurs collégues hongrois et j'aimerais bien
apprendre un peu de leur langue, mais malheureusement je suis déjà surchargé.

Si j'ose te poser une question indiscréte, est-ce que tu étudie à Fribourg? Je croyais reconnaître le cerl
dans ta description de la bibliothéque... Ça serait vraiment sympa de rencontre un autre Fribourgeois sur
ce forum : )

Wow! You understood kossuth radio for 10 minutes! I can't imagine being able to do that. I'm delighted if I understand for 10 seconds and when it's about economics or politics I'm happy with understanding 1 sentence! This shows how much progress you've made with your time at the language school and with your language exchange partner.
