Looks like no one will get this one – it’s a Mon-Khmer language called Pray. The text was taken from an article by Somsonge Burusphat in the journal Mon-Khmer Studies, the full text of which is available online.

Actually it's Maori, although the words for woman and sea seem to be identical for the two languages.
