Hmm it looks like Mongolic or Tungus language.
Maybe it's White Mongol? (Monguor)
errata: the language I posted before was from Hani textbook, the Akha people are classified by China as Hani, but not all Hani all Akha, it's only some small fraction.
Hani people were different clothes and stuff... nevertheless the languages seem to very classified as one.
I guess it's like with Xhosa and Zulu - two dialects of one language, but different national identity.

Yes, I think we can consider Akha and Hani more or less the same language, but use Akha to refer to groups living in Thailand and surrounding countries, Hani for groups living in China.
No, the above sentence is in an Austronesian language. It’s spoken on the island that is considered the place where this language family originated.
