More likely one of the smaller Romance languages of Northern Spain, like Asturian or Aragonese.

I believe it's Asturian.
What about this one?
Esta léngua ye mesmo ambulgar. Yá quaije naide la fala por eiqui. Mas eisiste i resiste.
This language is really unusual. Almost no one speaks it around her. But it exists and it resists.

It is clearly another language from the Iberian Peninsula, and "por eiqui" points towards Galego - but I would have expected more x'es from typical Galego. However "ye mesmo" gave a moe precise hint: Mirandese. A couple of quotes from Biquipédia in Mirandese:
But the following excerpt is not written in a Romance language:
Aw еn lаtј аilönј mаdе önј e gränsslüütј Wiidоu lаit е üülје krоuf önjt niimеnslönј.
On a small island in the middle of the border stream Wiidоu lies the old inn right in the nomansland

I wrote "Asturian" the first time around, because I was already thinking about my post in Mirandese. Then I checked again and arrived to the conclusion it was, in fact, Aragonese. But I forgot to correct what I had typed in the first place. My mistake.

Yes, it's clearly Germanic. Looks like a mix between English and Dutch. Maybe Frisian?
