I think it's the Wa language, I had to search a lot to find it...

Indeed it's Wa - spoken in China (Yunnan) and Burma (Wa State).

Hmm, the endings look very much Turkic, but I don't recognize any cognates other than the Russo-Latinate sentjabr. I'mma go out on a limb and say Lezgian.
