I have not studied much languages but I have had extensive exposure to some languages
(other than Korean) lately. I have been writing lots and lots of Swedish, which is still
improving steadily. I have also watched a Romanian tv debate on body modification (and
whether it is deviant or not) but the psychologist woman they put on the show was only
marginally more sympathetic than the presenters which made me want to cough up blood just
to throw over their faces.
I've also been watching some of Luca's short masterclass clips on phonetics online and to
my surprise I can make out every single Russian word that is being said. Listening
comprehension ahoy!
I also continue to teach and work on my thesis.

If today made any sense at all then I would probably have more success at anything

It'll be fine. I'm just stressed cos the 31st is the deadline for my thesis's draft to be
handed in - next week I will know if it is approved and I can finally f**king defend the
thing.
Jesus am I sick and tired of that thing.
Trying to write the discussion (ok, rewrite) while you feel sick and you know you have
been shut inside for too long is annoying. Bah. I can't wait until it's Thursday so I can
have a brain again.
Also, Hebrew is still the most beautiful language in the world.

I'll be fine. I recently have listened to a lot of Hebrew and even chatted a bit in it -
I haven't forgotten that much. It's still alive somewhere.

You can do it!! This too shall pass. And when you're finally done with your thesis, you can feel really
proud of yourself.
Then maybe you can go to a nice Halloween party or two. :-P

I already went to one and played the guitar at it. :) My band threw a party at the
drummer/bassist's house and we did a "midnight set" consisting of one song :)
