Familiar. Homely. I don't even know what I would say in Dutch as I use English as a base
most of the time to think (except in terms of pronunciation). It feels like I know what
is being said, it feels like home. Hence hemligt.

Hemlig har samma betydelse som "heimlich" på tyska ("secret" på engelska) och har ingen direkt koppling till hem.
Du skulle kunna säga ungefär: Jag känner mig hemtam med svenskan.

Grattis till genombrottet! Bra gjort!

Tack, Aloysius! (Men jag tycker att det finns fortfarande mycket att lära mig när det
gäller svenska).

Other than that, I just spent today on doing my daily lesson of Breton, and also spent
some time on Hebrew, next to the Russian and Swedish already mentioned. I'll rewrite the
last exercise in a form that suits my background instead of that of the textbook.

Shalom! I don't know if you know about this already, but there is a really good Hebrew
dictionary here. I remember how much easier my life
became after I found it, haha! :)

Just a general tip: when foreign words are transcribed in Hebrew script, the letter ט
(not ת) is usually used for the "t" sound, such as in the word סטודנט. Likewise, ק is
used for a "k" sound, rather than כ (usually). Hope that helps! :)

Well, I think those translit things only know what you type in, they don't know what word
you're trying to write. :)

And you're welcome!

Nope, and the fact Hebrew has double letters for the same consonant (more or less) does
not help.

Exactly. Don't worry, just try to read a lot and you'll get used to it. Although I'm not
going to lie, it is a little confusing, even for many native speakers!

spelling mistakes haha...
