This is the thread to list all participants in the TAC 2011 Challenge, and to determine which of them are still in. The criteria are that they have written something within the past month (since the beginning of March), or have expressed a legitimate reason why they have not been/will not be present (illness, travel, family problems, political turmoil, natural disasters, etc.). If they do not meet these requirements, they will be considered (temporarily) “out.” Lots of people drop out of the challenge throughout the year, so this is just for keeping track of who is still here. Because of several requests, we can then merge some of the teams with only 1-2 active members so that everyone feels like they have a community.

Names marked in GREEN are “in” while names marked in RED are “out”. Names marked in BLUE are exempt because of one or more of the above reasons. I’ve also bolded the green names so that we can focus on and be proud of all those who have made it this far, rather than dwelling on those who haven’t. Please correct me if I’ve listed your status incorrectly and also note that members who have been listed as “out” can still return.

Having explained that, I think we can give a grace period of several days (say, until April 5th) to allow people to correct their status. After that we can begin rearranging teams according to number of people on teams and specific requests. Please PM me if there is a personal issue.

Nice and easy to read for me as I'm not colour blind (my Dad is and the only reason I noticed it might be a problem is because he couldn't tell me who had dropped out of Team Ñ and Я) but at least the bolding helps in distinguishing them. Team Ω (Greek)appears to be dead in the water.

Thanks for your work with organising all of this Ellasevia. I must say that the experience of taking part in a team TAC this year so far has been most motivational.

I think this should be the current list of Team TAC participants who are still active. I've consolidated a couple teams for the same language (French and Spanish, for example) and deleted the teams which were completely dead (Greek and Icelandic). Since the only two remaining members of Team Å both study Danish, it's now a Danish-only team (although it can be switched back to "Scandinavian" if the others return). In addition, some individual members may have been shuffled according to personal preferences. Please let me know if you spot an error or if you'd like to propose a change.

Would it be impossible for me to jump into the Modern Hebrew team as a late entry? :o/
