The other day I found this website, and I thought that I would share it with you all. It is designed for Poles seeking to find legal Internet sources for books, movies, music, etc. and it appears to have a quite a long list of useful websites. Much of the material is free of charge. I stumbled across Kabaret Hrabi and really enjoy watching their stage performances.

Lazy period here. Definitely, I must do a lot of grammar exercises. I found out I still can't confidently use the right endings with pan/pani!
In any case, I recommend the book Wsród Polaków for those who need to refresh or polish up their Polish. I don't recommend it to total beginners, in any case. I'd strugge with all the pan/pani declensions myself! I did consider buying Wsród Polaków (Books 1 and 2), but I already possess numerous course books that I've bought over the past few years and have yet to start. Good luck with your grammar exercises! 1 person has voted this message useful | |||

Bakunin here, doing fine. I read and listen to Polish almost daily, 30-60 minutes on average, staying far away from anything that reeks of grammar or vocabulary study. I have no other goals than time spent with the language, so I'm relaxed and quite happy with my progress. I'm going to spend a few days mountain-biking in Poland's south-easternmost part later this month, and I'm really looking forward to exploring this part of otherwise flat Poland :) Thanks, Mooby, for keeping the bison together! 1 person has voted this message useful |
