I would like to join a team, and I'm sorry for not participating more this year, but
I've had classes.
The languages that I want to work on are:
French: A1
German: A0
Spanish: B1
I'm also interested in Greek and Russian, but I plan to focus on French, German, and
Spanish.

PointsDotsLines, you need to choose the team. I don't think that there would be problems with Spanish team, but if you feeling "too new", I think you can go with Team STARt :) It's entirely up to you what team to choose.
You can also go individual though :) |

OK, thanks:)
Where can I find those teams? Or they have yet to be formed?

There is no official list yet, but we always have a lot of Spanish learners. You are basically choosing between:
-Team Iberia (Spanish and also Portuguese, Catalan, Galician, Papiamento - of course most people study just one or two of these :)))
-Team STARt - for people learning their first foreign language or the first after English. this is true about many learners of Spanish, including first time language learners from the UK/USA, and others who already speak English and want MORE :)
-Team Spanish - mostly for those who don't want to be in either of the teams above. The main advantage is that all of your teammates will at least try to study Spanish, though for some people the priorities may change.
This year we also had TWO Romance teams, btw. But it does seem like most people were only interested in interacting with people who learn the same language as they do, especially French and Spanish.
If anyone wants to fiercely protest about the likely lack of a Romance team, speak up now.

Is there a German team? I don't want to let my German rust...
EDIT: And I will ask after a Middle-Eastern team again. Arabic/Persian/Pashto, anyone?

I'm going to watch the match Argentina X Iran at the World Cup, but I doubt I can learn
much in six months to make it really worth trying to talk to Iranians.
