Come on, guys, I've had my fun in this thread too, and I'm the last one to shoot down any off topic comments, but if you really want to start a discussion on frequency lists, their merits, how to use them, and where to get them, please start a new thread..

New techniques always intrigue me, but I think I' m going to stick with Assimil. I've
been spending too much time lately looking into new methods than actually just learning.

I've heard several such complaints. Maybe the problem is the lack of a proper forum usage method? We should open up a forum to discuss that! How about: www.how-to-browse-any-forum.com?

PS: I've already thought of some topics:
- Intensive vs. extensive thread reading
- Does grammar in your posts matter?
- Can I fool people into believing that I've been on the board for years in 3 months?
- How long to read each day for optimal results?
- I want to read two forums at the same time - is it possible?
- Which one is harder to read: The Korean, the Chinese, or the Japanese subforum?
- L&R for forum articles?
