In other news, the 6 week challenge is over! Kinda yay :D
Yesterday was nice... Unlike the end of the previous challenge, when I was in my active phase, I didn't let myself cut down on sleep. The "worst" thing I did for this 6wc was not switching off the Polish ads during the half-time breaks. Some were even nice.

I've listed my level in Polish and Romanian as intermediate.
Also been reviewing my other profiles and realized I could delete this from my Portuguese one (listed as a weakness):
also general insecurity about almost anything I'm trying to say - I usually google to confirm that people say so.
after a Tadoku and some other random reading it's no longer a problem :))) I either know the word or I don't.

Oh my... future has never felt so obvious.

1. I'm in Vaasa right now
2. I want to live in Finland
3. I'd love to use three or more languages at work

...sooo it's just obvious that I gotta study Swedish! I can't believe I've not seriously thought of it before.

:')

I don't know when, though. The obvious impulse is to start asap, but I'll get a couple of books in Danish VERY soon. Might concentrate on Danish for now.

It is a really freaky coincidence when you decide to learn Swedish the same day I ordered a Swedish course...

Serpent I think you absolutely have to move to Finland!

You'll learn Swedish in no time, although your Russian will probably be more valuable asset in the Finnish
labor market. But it is nice to know Swedish too if you are living in this part of the world.

Although in Helsinki where I live Swedish is "smaller" language than in Vaasa I love to live in a place where
you can feel the presence of multiple languages. I got the same homely feeling in Brussels where all signs in
trams and other public places are bilingual.

<333 Kiitos, mukava kuulla, että olet sitä mieltä:)
Juu, se on kiva tunne. Ehkä juuri siksi asuisin mieluummin jossain, jossa ruotsikin on tärkeä kieli. Rakastan suomen kieltä tosi tosi tosi TOSI paljon, mutta käyttää sekä sitä että ruotsia ois vielä kivempaa :)

@prz_ Awww! Nothing to do with Euphoria though, I didn't even like the song. I'm simply in Finland right now and I've realized that if I ever live here, I'd want to live somewhere where I can also use Swedish.
Yay multilingual job!!!!! Good luck to us! Do you have any specific career in mind or any specific language combination? I suppose English/Russian/German would be quite possible in Poland?
